How To Earn

Le Club AccorHotels is a points-based program that allows members to earn Rewards Points and Status Points with every stay. See our member example for an illustration of how it all works and our points calculator to try it out for yourself.

Rewards Points are earned for every €10(1) spent at a luxury property. The number of Rewards Points you will earn depends on your status in the program as follows(2):

Classic members earn 25 points per €10
Silver members earn 31 points per €10
Gold members earn 37 points per €10
Platinum members earn 44 points per €10

2,000 Rewards Points = €40. Once you have earned 2,000 Rewards Points, you are free to use those points toward the cost of a stay or save them to redeem future rewards.

Status Points
determine your tier and your ability to upgrade to the next level. At most AccorHotels luxury properties (such as Raffles, Fairmont, Sofitel, MGallery, Pullman, Swissôtel), every €10 spent will earn you 25 Status Points, bringing you closer to the next tier with each visit. Your Status Points reset to zero every year on January 1.

Silver = 2,000 Status Points or up to 10 room nights
Gold = 7,000 Status Points or up to 30 room nights
Platinum = 14,000 Status Points or up to 60 room nights

Helping you achieve the next status level


Give your Rewards Points balance an extra boost when you buy products from popular retailers through our online shopping gallery. Here’s how:

1 – Shop – Stroll through the virtual shopping gallery at Collections by Le Club AccorHotels and select one of our partners’ e-stores.

2 – Buy – Choose your purchase and pay directly on the partner’s website.

3 – Earn – With each purchase, extra Rewards Points are added to your Le Club AccorHotels account, typically on the basis of $1 = 1 Rewards Point (currency is determined by region).

Your Le Club AccorHotels membership also gives you exclusive discount e-vouchers to use when you shop at our partner’s e-stores. Recent examples include 30% off at Kate Spade, and up to 40% off at Bergdorf Goodman.



Le Club AccorHotels is continually adding new and unique partnerships with other loyalty programs and popular brands to give members more opportunities to earn and redeem Rewards Points. A few examples:

  • Earn with Club Med, HuaZhu, Avios, Multiplus, Smiles, Priority Pass, The Economist, Europcar and Hertz.
  • Redeem with HuaZhu, Smiles, Avios, Europcar, Die Bahn, Bagllerina and Barbara Rihl Paris.

Charitable donations – Your Rewards Points can make a lasting contribution to the lives of those in need when you donate to Pur Projet or Solidarity AccorHotels.

Airline Partners Rewards Points may be converted into the program currency of your choice at frequent flyer programs such as British Airways, Qatar Airways, Air Canada, Delta Air Lines, Cathay Pacific, Emirates, Lufthansa and Virgin Australia, just to name a few. Rewards Points may also be earned when flying with Qatar Airways, Finnair or Iberia.

Market Research Partners – Your opinion is valuable. Earn even more Rewards Points when you participate in the online surveys of our market research partners, ClubOpinions and e-Rewards.

(1) The value of the Euro to the currency in which you pay will be based on the hotel’s daily exchange rate.
(2) Valid at all participating AccorHotels brands except Adagio, Adagio Access, Ibis, Ibis Styles and Mama Shelter.
(3) In Le Club AccorHotels, USD spend amounts are converted to Euros and then multiplied by the point multiplier based on your tier.
(4) Subject to availability at check-in.
(5) Upon becoming a member of Le Club AccorHotels.
(6) Fairmont, Raffles and Swissôtel will only become participating hotels of Le Club AccorHotels as of July 2, 2018 and stays are not eligible for earning Rewards Points or Status Points prior to that date.
